After Vermont became the first state in the nation to achieve an 80% vaccination rate, Governor Phil Scott announced yesterday that he is lifting all COVID-19 restrictions statewide, more than two weeks ahead of schedule. This went into effect immediately – and you can feel the excitement here in the Green Mountain State.
